On September 28, 2012, the Defendant violated the National Land Planning and Utilization Act’s order to reinstate by November 20, 2012, even though he received an order to reinstate 240 square meters and 52.5 square meters of a manager installed on the 1,009 square meters of the E field, Sungsung-si, E-si, and on November 20, 2012, the Defendant failed to reinstate by November 20, 2012.

On September 28, 2012, the Defendant violated an order to reinstate the land by no later than November 20, 2012, even though the Defendant received a written order to reinstate 210 square meters of the floor, 1,009 square meters of the E field, and 54.5 square meters of the manager, which was installed in the 1,009 square meters of the E field, by November 20, 2012.
