The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On April 23, 2016, the summary of the facts charged: (a) the Defendant: (b) prevented the Defendant from committing any act against the Defendant, who is the police officer affiliated with the Daegu Southern Police Station Cuk-gu Police Station, a police officer affiliated with the Daegu Police Station C (50 years of age), who was called out after having received a report that the Defendant would avoid any disturbance before the inside female house in front of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2016; and (c) caused the Defendant to commit such act; (d) “The Defendant died of this franch;
"Publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting his or her abusive language over four times."
