1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from August 20, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claims against Defendant 1, 3, and 4: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2: Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
