1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 247,660,630 as well as KRW 247,525,00 among them, from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a corporation established for the purpose of interior interior decoration construction business, construction materials wholesale and retail business, interior household production and wholesale and retail business, etc.
B. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant concluded a contract for the use of J2BB purchase cards (hereinafter “instant business purchase cards”) (hereinafter “instant credit card use contract”) with the Plaintiff and the Stock Company as a franchise store.
(c) Corporate purchase card means a means of payment made for the convenient payment of the price in trade between companies, sales companies, buyers enter into a contract with a credit card company with a "credit card member," and credit card member approves the settlement by accessing the card number granted when purchasing goods from a credit card member to the website of the credit card company by using the card number, and the credit card company pays the above payment to the credit card member following the payment to the credit card member.
However, card holders may delegate the authority to request the credit card company to approve the settlement, and in this case, the credit card holders join the credit card company's website as the "member store manager" and request the credit card company to approve the settlement of goods transactions with the credit card company.
At the time of entering into the instant credit card use agreement (hereinafter “instant consent”), the Defendant, as indicated in the attached Form, indicated the “instant consent” as to paragraph (1) in the column for “contest”, and directly indicated the instant business purchase card from the Plaintiff, after signing the agreement on the instant credit card use agreement, delegated the right to request the settlement approval, and received the instant corporate purchase card from the Plaintiff, with regard to Paragraph (2) on the limit operation, payment responsibility for the settlement amount, and overdue fees.
E. The Plaintiff is in accordance with the instant credit card use contract.
