[criminal history] On November 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the crime of forging a private document at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on October 31, 2017.

[2] On March 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (a) conspired with the early police officer B, C, and a person without a name (hereinafter referred to as “D”); (b) promised to make a corporation registered in the name of the Defendant and make profits from using the said corporation; (c) agreed to have some of them divided; (d) the Defendant registered as the representative of the company in charge of the management of the company; and (e) leased the building in Pyeongtaek-siF to use it as the office and warehouse of the said company.

Since April 2018, the defendant and Eul et al. conspired with the above office from around April 2018, they recruited customers by making a false statement as if they would pay the goods to the sales company of agricultural products and livestock products in normal terms, and if the customer representative or employee directly visits the above office, they would supply the goods to the sales company in normal terms.

However, the facts revealed that the Defendant and B, etc. set up the so-called “diso-called” around May 18, 2018, and were supplied to the maximum number of goods from the customers up to that time, and the payment of the price was not made, and there was no intention or ability to pay the full amount of the price, even if the Defendant and B, etc. were to receive the goods from the customers from the beginning, as they promised to do so.

Nevertheless, around April 20, 2018, the Defendant and B, etc. operate E. to H, the representative of the Committee for the Settlement of Victims.
