The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

According to the records, while the defendant is served on February 13, 2013 of the notification of the receipt of the trial records and the notification of the appointment of a public defender, the defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the due date for submitting the statement of grounds for appeal. The petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and no grounds for ex officio investigation on the records are found. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 3
