【Criminal Facts】

3. On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from a policeman C to rescue a philopon; (b) requested D to rescue a philopon.
On June 5, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 700,000 from C to Busan on June 6, 2012, and purchased approximately 0.7 g of opon from D to purchase KRW 700,000,000,00 following the following day, and delivered KRW 0.7 g of opon purchased from D to C in the vicinity of Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones with C and D.
4. At the same time and place, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of philophones without compensation from C in order to arrange the above philophones trading.
5. The Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on June 10, 2012, approximately 0:0 penphonephonephones delivered from the toilet for the mutual infinite-gu Manan-si G in Gyeyang-gu.
