1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a person who was appointed as a policeman on August 7, 2004 and served in B Maritime Police Station from April 12, 2018. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 20210, Jul. 1, 2007; Presidential Decree No. 23590, Jun. 7, 2012; Presidential Decree No. 23590, Apr. 12, 2018>
B. On December 3, 2018, the Plaintiff entered the Korea Coast Guard Education Center and completed the basic course of the curriculum on December 10, 2018, and returned two hours after the day and the day and the day and the day and the day and the day and the day after drinking, and returned to the same room, one of them, and the Plaintiff was on the street and the day and the day and the day after drinking.
At this time, even though the auxiliary police officer who had been working on a regular basis discovered it and asked the plaintiff the name of the plaintiff, the plaintiff did not answer it. C. On December 11, 2018, the Plaintiff was given 50 points points to the Plaintiff on the ground of violating the school personnel’s legitimate instructions, such as the act of failing to comply with the school personnel’s instructions after drinking, disorder and attitudes after drinking, injury to dignity, and old-ururology.
On December 12, 2018, the Korea Coast Guard Education Center held the Education Steering Committee and passed a resolution on ex officio retirement of the plaintiff.
On December 18, 2018, the Defendant demanded a general disciplinary committee for police officers of B Coastal Police Station (hereinafter “instant disciplinary committee”) (hereinafter “instant disciplinary committee”) to take disciplinary action. On December 27, 2018, following the deliberation and resolution of the instant disciplinary committee, the Defendant issued a warning disposition against the Plaintiff by applying decoration and sentence mitigation (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
E. On January 18, 2019, the Plaintiff, who was dissatisfied with the instant disposition, filed an appeal review with the Ministry of Personnel Management Review Committee, but was dismissed on March 28, 2019.

2. Comparing with the recent disciplinary actions taken by the Korea Coast Guard in the gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion, the Plaintiff’s act in this case is very weak.
Nevertheless, the defendant is against the plaintiff.
