1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. From 250,00 won and June 29, 2016, the same shall apply.
Reasons
1. On August 28, 2015, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant, with a lease deposit of KRW 20 million, KRW 50,000 per month, and the contract term of two years.
- However, the defendant paid only 300,000 won a monthly rent for 8 months and paid 300,000 won in arrears until now.
· Accordingly, the lease contract is terminated by serving a copy of the complaint, and the delivery of the above real estate and the payment of overdue rent shall be sought.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
