Punishment of the crime
On November 29, 2012, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a C Poter under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.059% from the front side of the C Poter apartment located in the Jin-Eup in the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si to the front side of the Jinin-si, Jin-si, Min-si, Min-si, Gin-si.
