B Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.

1. On February 2, 2013, Defendant B reported the fact that the Defendants sought a person to act as a buying agent at the subway around the end of February, 2013, and purchased a forged credit card with E, and then, the Defendants agreed to receive a commission for the transfer of the goods to the person who is not aware of the name.

In addition, Defendant B purchased goods with forged credit cards as set forth in the following paragraph 2, and received a proposal from the person who will work as the same person with his name, and made contact with Defendant A, who posted an Internet job advertisement, and introduced Defendant B and E.

Thus, around March 12, 2013, Defendant B conspiredd with Defendant A to take charge of the method of crime along with Defendant E, and Defendant B and E to take charge of the fee if the goods were purchased at the place designated by Defendant B and E.

Accordingly, Defendant A, at the G stores operated by the Victim F in Gyeyang-gu, Syang-dong, 627-287 on March 13, 2013, around 14:22, 201, at the G stores operated by the Victim F in the Building, Defendant A presented to the employees as if he was a normal credit card, and submitted his signature on the sales slip and received a total of KRW 660,000,000 from the above H, and around March 13, 2013, Defendant A received a delivery of KRW 910,000,000 from the employees L using one of the above I’s one by the aforesaid method.

As a result, the Defendants, in collusion with name-free boxes and E, by deceiving persons on two occasions, received property of KRW 1,570,000 in total, and used forged credit cards.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant in violation of the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, as set forth in paragraph (1), in collusion with, and in collusion with, a person who was unable to obtain his/her name, from the 'O' bicycle sales store operated by the injured N in the Manan-gu M on March 14, 2013.
