1. The defendant shall pay KRW 51,000,000 to the plaintiff jointly with C Co., Ltd.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. The indication of the claim is as shown in the Appendix of Claim;
(4) Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall submit a written objection against a payment order without submitting an original copy of the payment order and without stating any substantial reason for disputing the Plaintiff’s claim,” and “a creditor shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all of the Plaintiff’s allegations in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.”
