However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2018. 8. 15. 03:55경 울산 동구 B아파트 지하 2층 주차장에서 연인관계에 있는 C과 다투던 중, 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 울산동부경찰서 D지구대 소속 경사 E로부터 사건 경위에 대한 질문을 받자 화가 나 위 E에게 “비켜라, 이 짭새 새끼야, 눈깔을 파뿌까”라고 욕설을 하며 양손으로 위 E의 가슴을 1회 밀치는 등 폭행하고, 계속해서 손가락으로 위 E의 눈을 찌를 듯이 위협하는 등 협박하였다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of reported cases.

2. On August 15, 2018, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) arrested the victim at the D District District of the Ulsan-dong Police Station D, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., under F; (b) the victim’s police officer E (the age of 48) demanded a drinking test; and (c) the victim was punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 20 years; and (d) the victim was able to take a bath for 6 months; and (c) the victim’s hand, who took one time from the victim’s seat using a drinking measuring instrument, had the victim walked for about 10 days to receive a drinking test.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time injured the victim.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal to measure a drinking level) was driven by the Defendant 50 meters from a G-dol at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1). The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (2), was under the influence of the Defendant’s snow from E and H, a police officer, and on the ground that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling. However, the Defendant did not comply with the police officer’s demand for a drinking level measurement without justifiable reasons as stated in the above paragraph (2).
