1. The defendant delivers to the plaintiff (appointed party) the second floor of 141.84 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached Table list, and is in charge of 6,270,000 won.
1. Indication of claim: On March 8, 2018, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant by December 21, 2019, regarding the real estate stated in the purport of the claim, the deposit amount of KRW 30,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,090,000, and the lease period of KRW 21, 2019.
The defendant did not pay 6,270,000 won monthly rent for three months until now.
The defendant shall deliver the above building and pay the money calculated by the ratio of KRW 6,270,00 per month from September 23, 2018 to September 2018.
