1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b)payment of KRW 7050,000;

1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the Defendant in KRW 350,000 per month on rent, and the rent sealed until February 23, 2014 is KRW 2.5 million.
B. On February 23, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a re-lease agreement with the Defendant on KRW 350,000 per month on the instant real estate.
C. The Plaintiff did not pay the Defendant the rent of KRW 2.5 million and KRW 4.55 million from February 23, 2014 to March 23, 2015.
On March 17, 2015, the Plaintiff expressed to the Defendant his/her intent to terminate the said lease on the grounds of the delinquency in payment of rent for more than two years.
