The defendant is engaged in driving a car in the Republic of Korea E. Kavo E. Kavovo.

On September 22:35, 2013, the Defendant driven the automobile of the Republic of Korea, Egr. Cr. Cr., Er., Er., Er. Cr., Er., Er., Er. Cr., Er., Er., Er., Er., Er., Er., Er., Er., Er., Er.

At the time, at night, the left-hand turn is two-lane roads at the point where the left-hand turn is terminated, and motor vehicles are parked on the right-hand side of the road, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has the duty of care to reduce the speed and prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle thoroughly.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and driven without speed on the left-hand turn at the left-hand part of the E's negligence, and caused the back portion of the E's rocketing car (F) left-hand side to the right-hand side of the Defendant's driving, which was parked on the above road, to be in front of the Defendant's driving, and as a result, the said rocketing car was pushed in in the future, thereby getting the G-owned EX EXE and the cruise car (J) owned by G, respectively, and the said EXE car was pushed back again in the future, and the victim K (W, 29 years old), and L (29 years old), respectively.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim K to suffer damage to the right-hand gate that needs to be treated for about 8 weeks in the above occupational negligence, and at the same time, went away without taking necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the above cruise car with the repair cost of KRW 2,349,656, to ensure that the said rocketing car is repaired in 12,680,000, while destroying the said cruise car to be repaired in 2,336,484 won, while leaving the said cruise car to be repaired in 2,36,484 won.
