1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 51,018,106, and KRW 45,997,454 among them, and shall pay to the plaintiff full payment from November 13, 2019.
Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff loaned 46 million won to the Defendant on April 21, 2017 on April 30, 2019; and 24% per annum; and the principal and interest of the loan as of November 12, 2019 is KRW 51,018,106 (i.e., principal and interest of KRW 45,97,454 in interest of KRW 5,020,652).
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from November 13, 2019 to the date of full payment of the principal amount of KRW 51,018,106 and KRW 45,97,454.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
