As to the above case, the part of the first order order order column which was pronounced by this Court on March 25, 2016 was “Confiscation.”

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
