1. On January 9, 2017, from around 22:10 to 22:30 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) at the E convenience store operated by the victim D (W, 50 years old) located in Ansan-si C on the floor on the ground that the victim disregards himself/herself; and (b) the victim “Iskin with his/her spora, spora, spora outside the money.”

“Along 20 minutes of force,” customers, who have purchased goods at the convenience store, were fluencing, thereby obstructing the victim’s operation of convenience store.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 같은 날 22:30 경 위와 같이 피고인이 편의점 업무를 방해하고 있다는 112 신고를 받고 출동한 안동 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 순경 G이 편의점에 있던 피고인을 밖으로 데리고 나왔는데도 계속하여 편의점에 손님으로 온 H에게 “ 어린 새끼가, 시 발 놈 아, 죽여 버린다 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 때릴 듯이 덤벼들고, 편의점 업주인 D에게도 욕설을 하며 편의점 안으로 재차 들어가려고 하여 순경 G이 피고인을 제지하자 이에 화가 나 순경 G에게 “ 이 개 자슥아, 니는 뭔 데 빠져 라 임 마 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 순경 G의 멱살을 잡고 수회 흔들어 밀치는 등 폭행하여 112 신고 사건 처리에 관한 경찰관의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
