A. The Defendant, from around 11:53 on February 27, 2015 to around 17:25 on September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving a person of distinguished service to another’s country, who is an official document, without any intention to pay the train fare from the beginning, and was issued a train pass without charge by deceiving him/her by presenting it to the victim who is in charge of selling tickets of another’s country, which is a public document, without any intention to pay the train fare from the beginning.

The Defendant, as above, took property benefits of KRW 159,900 of the train fares by using trains with tickets that have been issued free of charge on a total of four occasions, such as in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet of crimes.

B. On September 26, 2015, the Defendant was issued without charge a train boarding pass using another person’s official document, which was not legitimate from the beginning, for the first time between the 301 train (Seoul-Seoul) and the 154 train (Seoul-Seoul) of the KTX 154 train (154) of the JTX (Seoul-Seoul-U) of the 2015 and the Defendant issued without charge for train fares.

Although the Defendant, while holding a legitimate boarding pass and was on a train, was on October 17, 2015, the Defendant 10:20 on a non-standing boarding pass issued at around 10:20 on October 17, 2015, and was seated at the 11B seat of the 16th following the 11B seat of the Haak-Seng KS 301 train.

At this time, when the victim B, who is the train crew, demanded the presentation of boarding passes for the inspection, deceiving train crew members by the method of presenting legitimate boarding passes, thereby withdrawing a total of 113,700 won of the train freight and attempted to withdraw property benefits.

The defendant of the unlawful uttering of official document presented the certificate of national merit, which is a public document, and presented it as a witness of his country, to the public document in the name of C(85 tax, South) (the target: major class 5 military police officer, the veterans number: D) under the name of C(85) who is an official document, like the facts stated in the above "A and B(the above).
