1. The Defendants shall assist the Plaintiff with Suwon District Court in relation to each of the 1/4 shares in the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 29, 1995, Samcheon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Cr.”), a company established a new building with the Korea Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. on a 27,308.1 m27,000 m27,00 m2,00 m27,00 m2,00 m2,00 m27,000 m2,000 m2,000 m2,000.
B. On October 20, 195, the network H entered into a lease agreement with the Korea Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. on the “30 square meters above the ground level 27,308,000,000 of the deposit money for lease as to the “3rd floor above the ground level 20 square meters” among steel-framed reinforced concrete tanks 4, underground floor 7 stories above the 7th floor, and complex buildings in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and the term of lease as “20 years from the starting date of lease” and the object of the above lease was determined as 1/2 shares among the buildings listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) to secure the deposit for lease, and completed the registration of the establishment of a mortgage (hereinafter “the instant mortgage”). On May 3, 2003, the Suwon District Court received the maximum debt amount per Sung-nam Branch branch of the Dong-nam Branch Branch of the Family Court as the receipt office of the registration office for the establishment of a mortgage (hereinafter “the instant cause”).
C. On January 14, 2004, the network H entered into a lease agreement with the Korea Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. with the lessor as “Korea Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd.,” and the lease deposit as KRW 181,839,000 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). D.
On September 1, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the deceased H to purchase the lease amounting to KRW 80,000,000 under the instant lease agreement. The Korea Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. agreed to the said lease contract on September 27, 2005.
E. Meanwhile, the deceased on April 21, 2007, and the deceased on the part of the deceased H shared inheritance by the Defendants, who are the children of the deceased H. The Defendants succeeded to the inheritance of the Defendants as Seoul Family Court Decision 2007Hu3913 on June 1, 2007.
