A. The Defendant received KRW 25 million from May 10, 2013, and KRW 19 million from March 27, 2015, but did not fully pay the Plaintiff the deposit amount.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 4 million won (=25 million won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from May 9, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
