1. The Defendant’s KRW 40 million and the Plaintiff’s 30% per annum from November 2, 2007 to July 14, 2014, and the following.
1. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 written evidence, the Plaintiff is acknowledged to have lent the amount of KRW 40 million to the Defendant on Aug. 1, 2007 at the maturity of November 1, 2007 and at the rate of 30% per annum.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest rate of 30% per annum from November 2, 2007 to July 14, 2014, and the agreed interest rate of 25% per annum within the maximum interest rate under the Interest Limitation Act from the next day to the day of full payment.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
