1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,491,801 and KRW 30,000 among them, with the interest rate of KRW 30,00,000 from October 11, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3, facts such as the entry of the reasons for the claim in the annexed sheet are recognized.

2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of the principal and interest of KRW 31,491,801 and the principal of KRW 30,000,00,000, based on an agreement rate of 15% per annum from October 11, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the calculation of the final damages for delay.

3. Full acceptance of the Plaintiff’s claim
