1. As to the instant case cited by the judgment of the court of first instance, the reasoning of this court is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for partial revision as follows. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
W shall be amended to “W” in the 18th sentence of the first instance judgment.

The 6th sentence of the first instance judgment " September 19, 2009" shall be amended to " September 10, 2009".
2. Conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
