Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

At around 16:00 on December 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found the door door at the Victim C’s house located in Kimcheon-si Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and (b) thought that the victim would not have opened any door because of the absence of the house, and (c) caused the damage to the victim’s property by cutting off the door door on the gate at the entrance, and destroying the entrance of 40,000 won at the market price.
