Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall borrow a construction business registration certificate or construction business registration pocket book of another constructor, perform construction works using his/her name or trade name, and a residential building with a total floor area exceeding 661 square meters or multi-family housing with a total floor area exceeding 661 square meters shall be constructed by a constructor.
On September 30, 2015, the Defendant borrowed the relevant documents, such as a construction business registration certificate, etc. in the name of the management bank in the name of the management bank in order to report the commencement of the construction project, to D (human matters) even though he/she is not a constructor from the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, and one parcel of multi-family housing with a total floor area of 789.74mm2 in the same place, and constructed one unit of multi-family housing at the same place.
B. On September 6, 2015, the Defendant borrowed relevant documents, such as a construction business registration certificate, etc. in the name of the Dispute Resolution E, which is necessary to report the commencement of construction, to the said D, even though he/she is not a constructor from G, G, and four parcels outside G, G, and four parcels outside G, G, and constructed two multi-family housing units with a total floor area of 799.26 square meters in the same place.
C. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant borrowed relevant documents, such as a construction business registration certificate, etc. in the name of the management bank in the name of the management bank in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gyeonggi-si, and one other, which is necessary for reporting the commencement of construction, to the said D, even though he/she is not a constructor, and filed a report on the commencement of construction in the name of the management bank in the name of the management bank in the name of October 13, 2015, and constructed one multi-family housing with a total floor area of 634.56 square meters in the same place.
On October 2015, the Defendant borrowed relevant documents, such as a construction business registration certificate, etc. in the name of the Dispute Resolution E, which is necessary to report the commencement of construction, to the said D, even though he/she is not a constructor from K and one parcel outside the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, and the Defendant constructed one unit of multi-family housing (owner A and L) with a total floor area of 659.06 square meters at the same place.
