On January 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was going through an election for audit by the CFF; (b) provided money to a partner for the purpose of having him/her elected as an executive officer of a local agricultural cooperative; (c) on November 12, 2013, the Defendant issued a plastic apartment 101 Dong 112, South-gu, Posi-gu, Posi-si, Posi, Posi-si, Posi-si, a member of the said cooperative, with an envelope of KRW 200,000 to the effect that he/she would vote in the said election.
