Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.
Punishment of the crime
[Presumption of Facts] Defendant A and B are the representatives of E agencies located in Busan Gun, and Defendant B are the presidents of the above agencies.
The Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province branch, or the head of a Si/Gun may fully or partially subsidize a trucking business operator, a trucking franchisor, or a person entrusted with a trucking transport business pursuant to Article 40 (1) of the Trucking Transport Business Act in an amount equivalent to the increased amount of tax imposed on oil, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and a trucking pay subsidy shall be reduced to 43 of the Trucking Transport Business Act, and the cost of the trucking transport business (No. 2015-265 of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Notice No. 2015-265 of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Notice No. 2015-265) with local tax, etc., and shall provide the trucking borrower with one trucking transport welfare card (referring to a "motor vehicle purchase card") for each trucking transport business to make a request for reimbursement.
No person shall use an oil purchase card on a vehicle other than the motor vehicle registration number marked on the oil purchase card, or invite or provide a public contest for it, and he/she shall not receive a subsidy for oil oil or provide a public contest for it on a vehicle not used for the trucking transport business.
[2] The Defendants conspired to commit the crime in collusion with the E agency located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun on October 2014, and even if they oiled on a vehicle other than an automobile registration number marked in the oil purchase card, they disguised the damage to the vehicle registration number marked in the oil purchase card as if they were very limited to the vehicle, and thereby make it false or other unlawful means to the public officials in charge of the Busan-gu Office.
