The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B or A3 on duty.

1. On February 4, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the above vehicle at the 4-distance Intersection of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and driven the said vehicle at the 4-lane intersection of Seocho-gu, Seoul, along the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes
