A. Defendant A shall pay KRW 7,00,000 and a rate of 20% per annum from March 22, 2002 to the date of complete payment.

A. On September 8, 2005, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation of the Bankrupt Bank Mutual Savings and Finance Company filed an application for the payment order against D, Defendant A, F and E to the Gwangju District Court for the payment order of loans under the 2005 tea14142.

Gwangju District Court Order D, Defendant A, F and E order for the payment order in the case No. 2005 tea14142 are jointly and severally paid to the bankruptcy trustee in the Dong Bank Mutual Savings and Finance Company, the bankrupt corporation, and Dong Bank Mutual and Finance Company.

1. D, Defendant A, and F are jointly and severally liable to pay 94,082,442 won and 20% interest per annum from March 22, 2002 to the date of full payment;

2. D and E shall jointly and severally provide 426,474,348 won and 306,516,953 won a year of 20% per annum from March 22, 2002 to the date of full payment;

B. On September 12, 2005, the above court rendered a payment order with the following contents, and confirmed the above payment order between the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation and Defendant A, F, and E of the Bankrupt Mutual Savings and Finance Company and the Bankruptcy Trustee of the Dong Mutual Savings and Finance Company, and between the Bankrupt Mutual and Finance Company and the Bankruptcy Trustee of the Dong Mutual and Finance Company, the above order was transferred to litigation proceedings with the Gwangju District Court 2006Da47801, and was sentenced to the following judgment on July 6, 2006. The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

2. The E and 426,474,348 won and 306,516,953 won among them shall be calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from March 22, 2002 to the date of full payment.
