In collusion with H on May 11, 2017, the Defendant received a total of KRW 180,000,000 from the day to August 201, 2017, a subsidy of KRW 450,000,000 from the above method, by linking the childcare integrated information system with H, by falsely entering the part-time teacher H as a teacher, and by applying for a subsidy.

The Defendant, in collusion with F on August 3, 2017, access to the childcare integrated information system at the head of the above childcare center on August 3, 2017.
