The following facts are that there is no dispute between the parties, or that the plaintiff's claim of this case is recognized by the evidence Nos. 1 through 5.
- Pursuant to the Busan District Court Decision 2013 Ghana141842, the Defendant is entitled to receive 6.5 million won and 20% interest per annum for the Plaintiff from July 23, 2013 to the date of full payment.
- The defendant applied for a compulsory auction on the real estate owned by the plaintiff to Busan District Court B according to the above judgment.
- The Plaintiff repaid all obligations based on the above judgment to the Defendant.
