However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant planned to forge a public document with the intent to support the employment of the employees of the “C” as well as to submit a forged national technical qualification certificate and a fire-fighting system manager qualification certificate as if he/she obtained the national technical qualification certificate without the national technical qualification certificate.

The Defendant, on May 26, 2018, within the residence of the Defendant, Youngyang-gu, Youngyang-gu D 404, Goyang-gu, Hongyang-gu, Seoul around 2018:

A. Using a computer gld (CAD) protocol, the form of national technical qualification certificate of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea is sought using the computer glick, and the name information of “E”, “A”, “A”, and “F” in the name column under the title of “national technical qualification certificate” shall be stated in the qualification number column under the title of “E”, “A” and “F”, and the above person shall prove that he/she obtained national technical qualification under the law of national technical qualification.

“The date of passing indicated below the phrase “the date of May 15, 2013” and “the date of issuance” as “the date of May 18, 2013,” and written the author as “the chairperson of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea,” and written the author next to the written document as “the chairperson of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea,” and then written the official seal of the president of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, which the Defendant was aware of, in a way of printing it by using a local printer, forgery of one copy of the national technical qualification certificate under the name of the president of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea of Korea, which is an official document

B. Using the same program, the form of national technical qualification certificate of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea is proposed, and the name of “G”, “A” and “F” are written in the name column of fire-fighting system manager, “A” and “F” under the title of “national technical qualification certificate”, and the above person proves that he/she has obtained national technical qualification under the national technical qualification law.
