1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the annexed sheet.
2. The evidence presented by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize that the defendant was intentional or negligent in acting as a broker, and it is difficult to deem that the damage alleged by the plaintiff was caused by the defendant's tort or default. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
