1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 160,000,000 won and each year from April 10, 2016 to July 8, 2017.

Reasons

1. On April 10, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 160,000 to Defendant B with the due date set on April 9, 2016. Defendant C guaranteed the said loan obligations.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the money stated in the text to the Plaintiff.
