Punishment of the crime
In order for the defendant to temporarily use a mountainous district for cultivating mushrooms in a forest, he/she reported to the competent authority on December 2014, 201, and mobilized frown-gun and work staff members, and frown-gun and 1 other people's forest land owned by Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and 1, and 445 square meters in which this tree is installed from around December 2014 to April 2017 were used as brown-gun growing land.
