1. The Defendant traded 6/98 shares out of the 8/98 shares of fishing right stated in the attached Form to the Plaintiff as of May 20, 2015.

Reasons

On May 20, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased 6/98 shares of 8/98 shares in attached Form 8/98 from the Defendant on May 20, 2015, as there is no dispute between the parties. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to implement the procedure for the registration of transfer of shares for sale as of May 20, 2015.
