The Defendant and the victim D (V, 55 years old) had been living together at the victim's house in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, on December 12, 2012, when they were living in the F's "F" located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as an incidental relationship with the F's "F", around October 2012.
