On January 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Eunpyeong District Court on January 9, 2015, and a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the same court on July 21, 2016.

[2] On January 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-learning car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol level 0.058%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front of the administrative elementary school located in the administrative Donnam-gu Eup/Myeon in the Republic of Korea on January 25, 2017 to the front road of the same Eup/Myeon; and (b) driven a C-learning car under the influence of alcohol level 0.058% during blood.

2. On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-learning car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 8-3rd Do in the same Si/Eup/Myeon to around 122, due to a change in the 122-km road from the Do in front of 8-3rd Do in the city/Eup/Myeon in the Republic of Korea to the 122nd Do in the same Si/Eup/Myeon.
