However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On April 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at Jeju Island B; (b) on the street in front of the C convenience point, the Defendant heard the speech that the Defendant was urged to return home from the victim E (Vs, 29 years of age) who is a member of the D emergency medical service worker of the Defendant called up by the report and provided a bath to the police without any justifiable reason; (c) prices the face of the said victim on a hand; (d) prices the face of the said victim on a hand; and (e) cutting back the clothes of the victim F (34 years of age) who is an emergency medical service worker of the same affiliated agency to restrain the injury; and (e) inflict injury on the victim E on the victim E during the treatment days of the medical treatment days, namely, the throgate so that the victim F needs to receive approximately two weeks medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with life-saving and emergency medical services by using violence to the fire fighter dispatched, and at the same time, injured the victims of the fire fighter.
