1. The Defendant’s KRW 3,575,00 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from January 14, 2015 to July 24, 2015.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who engages in crowdfunding business with the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is a company that runs the marriage ceremony called “Ewa Holdings” located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si (hereinafter “instant marriage hall”).
B. On January 13, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the provision of beauty and recreation services necessary for the instant wedding business (hereinafter “instant contract”). The main content is as follows.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. The term “business concerned” means the marriage food(s) and the marriage tugboat lending and sale which a contractor requests to the contractor under this contract;
2. The term “price” means the price which a contractor pays in return for the work performed;
3. Customer: The contractor refers to the party who performs the relevant work among the customers of a contractor who conduct marriage at the place of business of a contractor.
Article 3 (Commencement of Contract Period and Validity, and Renewal of Contract)
1. The term of contract shall be from January 13, 2014 to March 31, 2017;
2.This contract shall take effect from the time both parties sign and seal and the deposit under Article 7 is paid in full.
Article 4 (Duties of Person who Contractors)
1. A contractor shall designate a contractor as a person to perform the work and pay the price;
3. A contractor shall provide a contractor with an essential work space in order to perform the work concerned.
Article 5 (Obligation of Contractor)
1. Every contractor shall conscientiously perform the business concerned;
2. A contractor shall complete the works of the contractor's accommodation, fixtures, human resources, and marriage towing, etc. requested by the contractor within a reasonable and essential scope;
3. In performing the business concerned, contractor shall provide the customer with all the convenience requested by him/her and shall not cause any danger or injury to his/her life, body, property, etc.;
4. Every contractor shall perform the relevant duties;
