C. On August 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on August 27, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim J, in the “Ling room” located in Yong-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) the victim J opened a door of a credit cooperative; and (c) KRW 70,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim.
L. A. L. theft was committed.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle on July 26, 2015, driven a MV-based cruise car on the front of the “F convenience store” in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu.
B. On August 5, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on August 5, 2015, driven a MV-based cruise car on the front of the “F convenience store” in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu.

On August 27, 2015, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license of a motor vehicle on August 27, 2015 in front of the ‘I' convenience store located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu.
