Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant received the introduction of C and D from B working in Korea as a shipbuilding of the nationality of the People's Republic of China, and had the said women and E and F, a woman of Chinese nationality, received a false marriage report, and had the intent to arrange the said women to enter the Republic of Korea.
1. Around August 2008, the Defendant offered to C a false marriage with Chinese women in collusion with B, and introduced E as follows: “The Defendant would pay KRW 4 million in return for a disguised marriage with China as well as all expenses coming to and going to China,” and introduced E.
C accepted the above proposal and around 14:47 on September 18, 2008, at the Seongbuk-gu Office's civil petition office in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, did not have a marital relationship with E introduced by the defendant. Notwithstanding the fact that the fact was not married, C submitted a false report of marriage to the public official in charge of the family register affairs who is aware of the fact that C and E were married, and had C enter false facts in the family register information system as if they were married, and exercised it by allowing C and E to store and operate the above contents entered in the above family register information system.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, C, and E, filed a false report to the public official and had him record false facts in the same public electronic record with the family register and had him keep it.
2. Around August 2008, the Defendant, in collusion with B, D, and F, proposed that D would pay KRW 4.5 million in return for a disguised marriage as well as all expenses coming from and going to China if a disguised marriage with China is made, and introduced F.
Accordingly, D accepted the above proposal and around 16:14 on October 9, 2008, there is no fact that the Seongbuk-gu public service center of Seongbuk-gu Office, Seoul, has married F with F introduced by the defendant.
