Punishment of the crime
1. On April 7, 2019, at around 19:20, the Defendant, at the front of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the age of 65), told the victim C (the age of 65) to stop front of the D taxi vehicle operated by the victim C in front of Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and plucked, opened a front door and embarked on the vehicle, and the victim’s “pre-contract customer is getting out of the vehicle,” despite the victim’s demand, the Defendant expressed his desire to “I am out of the place of origin due to the bom such as scar, why I am, why I am out, and why I am out of the place of departure,” and “I am out of the place of departure, I am threatening the victim’s face, and prevented the victim from driving the said taxi for about 10 minutes, such as not getting out of the vehicle.

2.
