The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes set forth in the first, third, fourth, six, and seven of the decisions of the court, and the crimes set forth in the second, five,8 through 14 of the decisions of the court.
Punishment of the crime

(2) On December 18, 2006, the Defendant forged a private document for the crime against the victim C: (a) indicated “D building 302” in the column for indicating real estate by using an official approval color pen in the pre-determined lease contract paper; (b) indicated “C0 million won” in the column for deposit money; (c) indicated “Acheon-gu million won” in the remainder column; and (d) indicated “Acheon-gu million won” in the contract period from December 18, 2006 to December 18, 2008; and (b) affixed the seal of E in his possession on his name after stating “D E” in the lessor column. < Amended by Act No. 7873, Dec. 18, 2006>
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a set-off contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.
The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, exercised the forged lease contract as if it were a document duly formed, to C, a contracting party, who is aware of the forgery.
The Defendant, in the date and place stated in the preceding paragraph, and in fact, did not have the authority to conclude the lease contract with respect to the above D Building 302, but was committed as if he had the authority to conclude the contract as the actual owner of the above D building, thereby deceiving the victim C by deceiving the victim as if he had the authority to conclude the contract.
