However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a B Poter freight.

At around 22:40 on September 28, 2013, the Defendant proceeded at an aesthetic speed towards the side of the Mai-ri-do 190-9, Jinyang-si, Jinyang-si, Jinyang-si, toward the direction of the Mai-ri-ri.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as prescribed in paragraph (2), operated the Poter truck, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
