1. Details of the disposition;
A. 1) Non-party C (name before the opening of a name: D; hereinafter referred to as “D” as named by the parties.
) On September 1, 2003, Cheongju-si E-Ba (hereinafter “instant lending”).

A) On May 6, 2004, when the registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to the registration of ownership transfer, the ownership was transferred to Nonparty F on July 15, 2004, and on July 15, 2004, the first E-Ba No. 102 (hereinafter “instant 102”).
(2) Meanwhile, on August 5, 2005, Cheongju District Court G voluntarily decided to commence the registration of ownership transfer concerning the housing No. 102, and the Plaintiff acquired the said housing in the said voluntary auction procedure and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on April 20, 206.
On July 24, 2006, the Plaintiff made a move-in report on the housing No. 102.
3) On November 2, 2005, the Cheongju City Mayor publicly announced as H on November 2, 2005, publicly announced for public inspection by residents to designate the Cheongju-si considerable area of the Cheongju-si, Jdong, Kdong, Ldong, Mdong, and Ndong as a planned site for housing development (hereinafter the date of the above public inspection announcement) to designate the Cheongju-si as the planned site for housing development (hereinafter “the date of the instant public inspection announcement”).
