【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant cut off the steel pipe in total of 26 times from the time until February 10, 2019, in total of 9,755,000 won, in total of 26 times in the same way as shown in the annexed Crime List, from the time on January 10, 2019, when the Defendant was in port in South-gu B at port and next road to a factory C, and the victim E, who was parked therein, loaded and stolen a steel pipeline pipe of 160,000 won in total.

1. A thief: (a) around 14:00 on February 9, 2019, the Defendant: (b) was carrying and stolen the 1 ton cargo loaded with a DNA track freight in South-gu, Nam-gu, C factories; and (c) had prepared 2 iron bars equivalent to KRW 1.50,000 in total in the market value of the victim E-owned.

On February 10, 2019, at around 16:50 on February 16, 2019, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim E-owned shop, which was parked in the same place as that set forth in paragraph (1), with a view to thefting, but was committed by discovering that the above cargo is equipped with a black box and stopping the crime by himself.
