1. The Defendant shall pay 86,04,186 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Claim for reimbursement of the remaining loan 86,04,186 won remaining after deducting 48,615,019 won, which the Plaintiff was paid out in the auction procedure of real estate C in Seoul Central District Court, from the total of 134,659,205 won of the principal and interest of the loan claim that the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant, and the claim for reimbursement of damages for delay
2. Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
